Mit vielf\u00e4ltigen Organisations- und Aktionsformen soll auf die seit Jahren reale Verdr\u00e4ngung von Mieter*innen aus Sozialwohnungen aufmerksam gemacht werden. Diese wurzelt in den undurchsichtigen und komplizierten Strukturen des sozialen Wohnungsbaus in Berlin und sorgt \u00fcber ein komplexes Geflecht aus Vertr\u00e4gen und Subventionszahlungen im Endeffekt daf\u00fcr, dass die Mieten in den sog. Sozialwohnungen teilweise \u00fcber dem lokalen Mietspiegel liegen. Des Weiteren ist ein Teil der Wohnbl\u00f6cke, welche sich im Besitz der gro\u00dfer Immobilienfirmen wie GSW (Deutsche Wohnen Gruppe) sowie Admiral-Grundst\u00fccks GmbH\/Hermes-Hausverwaltung befinden, in einem baulich schlechten Zustand.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahre 2012 organisierte Kotti&amp;Co gemeinsam mit anderen zivilgesellschaftlichen Gruppen sowie der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadtentwicklung.berlin.de\/kontakt\/\">Senatsverwaltung f\u00fcr Stadtentwicklung und Umwelt<\/a> die Konferenz <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nichts-laeuft-hier-richtig.de\/\">&#8220;Nichts l\u00e4uft hier richtig&#8221;<\/a> rund um die komplexe Thematik des sozialen Wohnungsbaus in Berlin. t\u00fcrkisch f\u00fcr &#8216;\u00fcber Nacht errichtet.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/kottiundco.net\/2016\/08\/25\/tipp-buch-veranstaltung\/\">&#8220;Die Legende vom Sozialen Wohnungsbau&#8221;<\/a> erschien 2016 in der Reihe &#8220;berliner hefte zu geschichte und gegenwart der stadt&#8221; und zeigt auf, inwiefern der bundesdeutsche als auch der Soziale Wohnungsbau in Westberlin strukturell der Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung und privaten Eigentumsbildung als einer nachhaltigen Wohnraumversorgung f\u00fcr einkommensschwache Haushalte verpflichtet ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The tenants&#8217;
