\"3008462300001Z\"<\/a>At the center of the anthology is the concept of justice, which has been repeatedly discussed as a Euro- and Androcentric design within the last decades. In the book, queer, feminist, critical of racism contributions are bundled, which deal with legal norms of justice and their effects.
\nFrom a postcolonial perspective, the authors explore the question of whether the current understanding of justice actually expands the agency of marginalized groups. The possibility that existing power relations between those who “do justice” and those who “receive justice” are instead stabilized is discussed at length in the book.
