untitledThe Movement for Black Lives is a large-scale initiative of Black people and organizations demanding empowerment, freedom and justice. The movement serves to politically organize and unite Black voices in the fight against oppression.

The Movement for Black Lives emerged in response to the ongoing and increasingly visible violence against Black people and communities in the U.S. and around the world.

The initiative unites more than 50 organizations, bringing together voices of thousands of Black people to formulate a common vision and agenda under A Vision for Black Lives.

The demands of The Movement for Black Lives are:

End the War on Black People
Reparations
Invest-Divest
Economic Justice
