The brochure is a collection of texts and tools for racism-critical organizational development. In addition to background texts on racism, internalization, privilege, and allyship, there are models, ideas, and field reports on preventing racism in organizations. The Dismantling Racism project grew out of the brochure. Both the project’s website and the Western States Center ‘s website provide extensive background information and other practice aids.
