This volume shows why a diversity-conscious perspective is fundamentally important in international youth work and how it can be implemented and applied in practice. The move away from a ‘cultural lens’ (as is often prevalent in international work) to a diversity-conscious perspective is vividly explained. The study ends with reflections and suggestions for educational practice.
