In this brochure, Keith Hamaimbo and Serge Palaise describe current challenges in cooperation between white development organizations and migrant-diasporic organizations and provide an outlook for further cooperation. They call for honest participation, powersharing, and an end to the era of “double speak” in which migrant organizations continue to be patronized and stalled with statements of intent.
