Migration EducationThe anthology, with contributions by Paul Mecheril, Maria do Mar Castro Varela, Annita Kalpaka, Inci Dirim, Claus Melter, and others, provides a good introduction to issues of pedagogy in the migration society. The concept of intercultural competence is critically examined (Chapter 4) and an understanding of racism is introduced in which racism is described as a powerful system of order (Chapter 7).
