The project of the artist Marina Naprushkina started in 2007 as an archive of political propaganda with a focus on Belarus. In the years that followed, it developed into a political platform from which numerous social and cultural projects, political campaigns and protest movements, now predominantly in Berlin, were and are being realized.

These include the neighborhood initiative Neue Nachbarschaft // Moabit, the legal publication series Refugees’ Library, and the independent art school Studio 26.
