Pambazuka News is a Pan-African online and email newsletter. It was developed in 2000 by members of Pan-African Communities in Africa and has since provided a platform for contributions dedicated to socially and politically relevant issues and social justice on the continent. Pambazuka News is published weekly in English, Portuguese and French.
Current articles are organized under the headings Gender & Minorities, Governance, Arts and Book Reviews, Land and Environemnt, Pan-Africanism, Advocacy and Campaigns.
Pambazuka News also produces the AU Monitor blog. Here, information is provided to civil society concerning the African Union and internal current developments. Pambazuka also produces a podcast that includes commentary and debate posts on social justice movements in Africa.
